Our school has started a Breakfast Club. Every Wednesday and Thursday, students will be able to eat toast, low-sugar cereal and fruit. All food is served by volunteer teachers and parents outside the library from 8:20am to 8:40am.
Students will first need to complete the Breakfast Club permission and allergies form, which can be picked up from our office.
Any help running the program or donations of food (bread, fruit, low-sugar cereal) would be greatly appreciated. Just see the front office staff for details.
The research is very clear: students who eat breakfast are more engaged in learning and have less behaviour issues.
So tuck in!
