Can’t log in to Microsoft Teams?

Solutions: 
- If you are on a computer, download Teams from https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads  
- Download the app (on iTunes and Google Play) and log in  
- Use correct log in details. Students use the same details they use at school to log into computers, except their user name has to be an email. Eg. username@det.nsw.edu.au and normal school password 
 

Can’t log in to Prodigy?

Solutions: 
- Use this website: https://play.prodigygame.com/ 
- Make sure you use the correct log in and password 
- Ask your teacher through Teams for your log in and password

Can’t log in to Studyladder?

Solutions: 
- Use this website: https://www.studyladder.com.au/login/account 
- Make sure you use the correct log in and password 
- Ask your teacher through Teams for your log in and password
